Deborah offers over 23 years as an executive recruiter and nurse recruiter. She was the CEO of her own staffing company from 1983 to 1998; Co/owned several home health care agencies, and 10 assisted care homes.  She personally helped find CEO, CPA, PhD, Psychiatry, Director of Finance, RN, LPN, Therapist, CNA, Director Nursing,Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Assistant, Sales, and other executive level career positions for client companies.
